The CPO oversees the entire product lifecycle to ensure products meet customer needs and drive business growth and formulating an intelligence- driven plan for the product’s future with a clear description of how to follow that plan.

The CPO serves as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders to align product initiatives with business objectives, market demands, and user insights.
